I choose for remove, here's why
Without /tpa people will travel the way you are supposed to travel.
By boats, minecarts, horses (soon..).
This would make epic railroads all over the map.

I think that as long as /spawn is kept, I'd be fine without tpa.

Railroads and subways are pretty cool, but that would ruin the surrounding land for many users who use up every bit of their property; from level 5 to height limit. Suddenly, people will see giant railways taking up space in a not so populated area. Yes, the map is infinite but not ours, as we have borders for future updates. These railways can often become giant eyesores in the way of the landscape and player-built structures beauty. The way i see it, we keep /tpa to make room for future members on our limited map and it also attracts players, looking for a great Semi-Vanilla server. If you don't like it, don't use it. You are not forced to.

I say keep it. It is not only extremely convenient, but it is a thing that makes this server unique. Most other servers don't allow teleporting to other players,and to be honest, it makes the game a lot less fun. Having to constantly use the same subways or walk everywhere is boring in my opinion. However, I don't understand why the people who disagree with this can't simply vote to keep it. You are not forced to use the teleporting system, so why would you want to take it away from other people?

We can use the nether for railways if they are an eyesore. that is why there is a nether hub there anyway plus the railroads wont be as long as if we built an overworld railroad.

I don't mind if it's on the server and people use it, so I voted yes.
I do however enjoy the convenience of /spawn and /home, and would rather have access to them than not.

I think we should keep it.
We could easily 'survive' without it.
It's a small world(Borders) and Coupon is in the full process of making a subway system in the Nether to connect people.
But I still find it very useful from time to time. Just yesterday it was convenient, when someone needed something, I could just /home, get my stuff, then /spawn to him/her or make them tp to me to get the items, and then we could both get back to our own 'business'.
If the commands weren't there people could sometimes have to walk half the map back and forth just to get a few items from people, that they needed here and now.
Maybe if we set up an easier way to trade long distances, it would be okay. I only use it for trading, but I don't know about you guys/girls.
But then people would have that removed too?

There is no reason to keep it. This is a survival server and therefor this should be removed. You said on minecraft forum that you are trying to have a minimum amount of commands and plugins so it will feel like vanilla minecraft, but if you keep tpa i feel like you don't stand up to your words... And if we remove it people will start building railroads and if not they maybe won't have anything to do on this server and maybe even leave it

How a bout 2 different member ranks, 1 with and 1 without tpa and /home. everyone can make there own choice and have there own experience on the game play and yet its one community.
